Socialization Community Based Program
included as part of our SLS/ILS services
In conjunction with SLS/ILS services, individuals can choose to participate in our community based outings for socialization with other individuals receiving our services. Each individual will have their own SLS/ILS 1:1 direct support professional but will have the opportunity to meet with other individuals receiving our SLS/ILS services for outings into the community to provide socialization opportunities.
With our 9+ years working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we are committed to assisting adults, and seniors with all aspects of independent living. Our mission is to provide compassion, care and encouragement for individuals and their families. We strive to create an uplifting environment that empowers individuals to achieve their fullest potential and to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. We are dedicated advocates working to open doors to independence, growth and hope for people. We proudly serve Ventura County and neighboring cities with a broad spectrum of programs tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.
