With over 9+ years as Adult Residential Facility administrators (ARF) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, We have learned to specialize in providing compassionate, person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our work focuses on promoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve their goals through care plans, community integration and skill-building. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that respects each person’s unique abilities and strengths, while working closely with families and service providers to ensure consistent and holistic care.
